Ryan Winterberg-Lipp

Ryan Winterberg-Lipp is a seasoned professional in housing development and urban planning, currently serving as Project Manager for Housing Development at REACH Community Development since September 2022. Prior experience includes senior roles at Human Solutions, INC as Senior Project Manager, and at the Portland State University Institute for Metropolitan Studies as a Graduate Research Assistant. Ryan has also held various planning positions with the City and County of Denver, the City of Pensacola Community Redevelopment Agency, and the City of Pensacola. Educational qualifications include a Master of Real Estate from Portland State University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a BA in International Affairs and Urban Planning from Florida State University.
