Michael Yu

Michael Yu has extensive experience in various roles related to franchise management and business consulting. Michael started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank before transitioning into the consulting field as an Associate Consultant at Alliance Consulting Group. Michael then worked as a Strategic & Business Development Analyst at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. After that, they served as a Development Manager at Treasure Island Group and as an Assistant Operations Manager at The Little Gym International, Inc. Following these roles, they joined Vision Educational Group Limited as a Franchise Business Consultant, where they advised and coached educational and retail clients to improve operational and financial performance. Michael then became an Operations Manager at Jubi Limited, where they developed and implemented operational systems and franchise operation manuals for a retail food & beverage company. After that, they joined 7-Eleven as a District Manager/Field Consultant, overseeing multiple franchise retail stores and providing guidance on various business areas. Michael later became a Franchise Business Consultant at Eye Level Learning, where they worked with franchisees in Southern California and Colorado to provide support and training. Currently, they are working as a Regional Manager/Franchise Business Coach/Corporate Trainer at Home Franchise Concepts, where they manage over 80 franchise locations and provides strategic and tactical advice to franchisees.
