Elizabeth Spriggs, PMP, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Home Furnishings Association since April 2024. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Director of Services & Delivery and Sr. Consultant at Achurch Consulting from July 2023 to April 2024. Elizabeth held the position of Vice President, Innovative Solutions & Technology at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards from July 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team and overseeing budget and strategic planning. Elizabeth's previous roles also encompass Vice President positions at SGIA and Leadership for Educational Equity, focusing on technology and operational strategy, as well as Sr. Director of IT Project Management at the National Association of Independent Schools. Elizabeth began a career in technology as Director of Information Technology at the Product Liability Advisory Council, Inc., and as Database Coordinator at the Associated Landscape Contractors of America. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Brigham Young University.

The HFA also publishes a monthly magazine, RetailerNOW. This publication brings a unique editorial focus to progressive and relevant issues concerning the home furnishings industry in the retailer’s voice, with an emphasis on issues impacting retailers NOW.
