Catherine Wood

Catherine is a property professional with over 25 years of experience, spent in central and local Government and the private sector in Scotland and England. She is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Previously, she has worked within national planning and surveying consultancies in London and Glasgow. She has significant strategic planning and development experience; including master-planning and redeveloping mixed-use contaminated land opportunities in the NW of England and Scotland. More recently she set up and led the Scottish strategic land and planning team at Gladman Developments Ltd where she promoted and delivered land for housing to the development industry and affordable housing providers.

Catherine jointly established a new property venture with the Estates & Agency Group in 2020 working throughout Scotland and the north of England.
