Simon Williams ACIAT is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and development sector. Currently serving as the Head of Development and Delivery North East and Yorkshire at Home Group since August 2018, Simon has also held roles as Head of Development & Delivery North East and Senior Delivery Manager specializing in modular construction. Prior to Home Group, Simon worked at ENGIE for a decade as Technical & Development Manager, overseeing New Build projects and managing design teams from inception to completion. Simon’s earlier career includes positions as Design Manager at Miller Homes and Associate Director at B3 Burgess Architects, where responsibilities included managing consultants and overseeing health projects. Simon holds an HND in Building Studies and an Ordinary National Certificate in Building Studies from Northumbria University.
