Jewli Turier has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. They began their career at Gloria Jean's Coffees in 2001, where they served as a Coffee House Manager until 2003. From there, they joined the company again in 2004 and held various roles, including Corporate Coffee House Manager, Operations Manager, Learning and Development Consultant, and Global Barista Trainer until 2012.

In 2012, Jewli Turier joined the Franchise Relationships Institute as a Learning Strategist and later became the Operations Manager. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Chief Executive Officer & Director of the institute.
