Tania Perry

Tania Perry is an experienced occupational therapist with a diverse background in both clinical and community settings. Currently, Tania serves at Concentric since January 2024, providing therapy home visits for aged care and NDIS clients. Tania's previous roles include significant positions at AHP Australian Health Professionals, Calvary Health Care, and various local health districts, where responsibilities spanned from fall prevention programs to rehabilitation assessments. Tania has also contributed to research projects at the University of Sydney focusing on falls risk and frailty interventions. Tania holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy and has pursued additional certifications in falls prevention and movement practice.
