Karen Conte is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in palliative care, project management, and clinical services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Home Instead Senior Care and National Project Manager at Ovarian Cancer Australia Ltd, Karen also contributes as a Board Member for Palliative Care Victoria. Previous roles include leading initiatives at Austin Health focusing on advance care planning, directing clinical services at Stawell Regional Health, and managing support programs at Cancer Council Victoria. With a strong educational background including an MBA in Health Services Management and a Master’s in Palliative Care, Karen has dedicated over two decades to enhancing care for individuals impacted by cancer and palliative needs.
