Jan Opdecam currently serves as the Head of Portfolio Management at Home Invest Belgium since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Research Director at KBC Securities from January 2018 to November 2019 and worked as the Commercial Director at Whitewood Group from September 2010 to January 2018, where expertise in real estate acquisition, asset management, and enhancement was applied. Jan's career also includes experience as an Asset Manager at Rec Track from September 2006 to August 2010. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Antwerp Management School and an mRICS qualification in Commercial Property from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, complemented by a Bachelor in Facility Management and an Engineering degree in electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven'.
