Home of Guiding Hands has provided services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 50 years.  We are one of the largest providers in San Diego and Imperial Counties, reaching more than 4,500 infants, children, adolescents, and adults with special needs each year.  HGH provides a plethora of services to our clients, including Residential Services, Respite, Adult Foster Homes, Tailored Day Program, Independent Living Skills, Early Childhood Development and more.

The Leadership Team at Home of Guiding Hands is responsible for steering the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Comprising senior executives, including the President & CEO and Vice Presidents of various departments, the team collaborates to manage and optimize programs such as Residential Services, Respite, and Early Childhood Development.
