Carly Crossman

Carly Crossman, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in school and community settings. Currently serving as a Mental Health School Social Worker for District 300 Schools since August 2020, Carly provides mental health counseling in the DREAM program and manages a diverse caseload of students in both general and special education. Concurrently, Carly has worked with Home of the Sparrow, Inc. since May 2017, taking on various roles including Floater/Case Manager, Housing Manager, and Housing Coordinator, where responsibilities included client support, intake assessments, and staff supervision. Previous internships at Waukegan Public Schools, Northwestern Lake Counseling, and Walker's Point Youth & Family Center enriched Carly's clinical skills, while educational achievements include a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree from Marquette University.
