Debbie Degraw

Debbie DeGraw currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations, Development, and Grants at Home of the Sparrow, a leading transitional housing agency for homeless women and children in McHenry County, since September 2010. In this role, Debbie is responsible for financial reconciliation, maintaining relationships with major donors and corporate sponsors, and overseeing a team of seven staff members while collaborating closely with board members. Previously, from July 2001 to August 2010, Debbie held the position of Marketing & Development Director at both Pioneer Center for Human Services and McHenry County Public Action to Deliver Shelter, where service was provided to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Earlier experience includes the role of Marketing & Development Director and Annual Giving Coordinator at Centegra Health System from January 2000 to January 2001, focusing on donor engagement and foundation event management. Debbie's academic background includes studies at North Park University and Harper College.
