Julia Wickman, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR and operations roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Home Path Financial, LP since April 2018, Julia closely collaborates with the COO to manage HR functions and general operations. Previously, Julia held several positions at Tim O'Brien Homes, culminating as HR Administrator, where responsibilities included overseeing daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Julia also has experience as an HR Coordinator and performed roles in purchasing and administrative support in earlier positions. Julia holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management from Carroll University and a Human Resource Certificate from Waukesha County Technical College.

For over a decade, HPF has been buying, rehabbing, and selling residential properties in Wisconsin and Texas. Exit strategies include flipping, Turn Key rentals, seller financing, and wholesaling. In early 2015, we added our own Property Management division and expanded our work crews to include retail business. Just like a bank, Private Lenders in our Secured Capital Program enjoy fully collateralized security for the money they lend to HPF as well as a short-term fixed interest rate.
