Ralph DiBugnara

Ralph DiBugnara is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President at New American Funding since August 2024. Additionally, Ralph has been the President of Home Qualified since January 2017, where a web video series on real estate and finance is produced. Prior to their current roles, Ralph held various leadership positions at Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership, including Senior Vice President and Retail Divisional Leader, from March 2019 to August 2024. Ralph's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Residential Home Funding Corp. and Senior Vice President at InterContinental Capital Group. Ralph began a career in the mortgage industry as Director of Regional Production at MortgageIT from December 2001 to August 2007. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The City University of New York, earned between 1996 and 2000.
