J.C. Santini has had a successful career since 2022. J.C. began at Home Run Dugout as a Business Development Associate, where they developed strategies and sales channels to boost company growth and profitability, established B2B corporate partnerships, and managed product procurement and design. J.C. also served as a Project Intern, assisting founders with various projects related to the start-up journey. In the same year, J.C. was drafted to the West Virginia Black Bears as a Professional Baseball Player, where they served as the Starting Catcher and helped the team win the 2022 MLB Draft League Championship. Lastly, they were a Global Sales Intern at Global Sales Mentor.

J.C. Santini began their educational journey at Woodcreek High School, where they graduated with a High School Diploma in 2017. J.C. then attended Saint Mary's College of California, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, with Concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance in 2021. Most recently, J.C. Santini is currently enrolled in Northwestern University's School of Professional Studies, where they are pursuing a degree in Specialized Studies.
