Andrew Veazey

Andrew Veazey has a diverse range of work experience in finance and private equity. Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Home Solutions, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Crosslake Technologies from December 2021 to April 2023. At Crosslake Technologies, they also served as the Chief of Staff from January 2021 to December 2021, where they played a key role in the integration planning and execution of two founder-owner businesses.

Before joining Crosslake Technologies, Andrew worked at Falfurrias Capital Partners from May 2020 to January 2021 as a Consultant and from July 2016 to May 2020 as a Private Equity Associate. Andrew was responsible for leading due diligence efforts for various acquisitions, assisting with financial and valuation reporting, and drafting fundraising materials. Prior to Falfurrias Capital Partners, Andrew gained experience as a Private Equity Analyst.

Furthermore, Andrew has previous experience as an Investment Banking Analyst Intern at Jacobs Capital in 2013 and as a Research Associate Intern at Carolina Seed Investors in 2012.

Andrew Veazey completed their high school education at Walter Hines Page High School from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a minor in Physics.
