Scott Pharr

Scott Pharr, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Scott started their career at Hoover & Strong, Inc. as an IT Helpdesk and Web Developer from 2002 to 2005. After that, they co-founded and led PharrOut LLC, a web design and development firm, from 2004 to 2014. During this time, they managed over 50 projects per year and launched three additional businesses. From 2007 to 2014, they also co-owned and operated RVANews. In 2015, they became the Director of Media and Senior Brand Manager at Salem Church Products, where they were responsible for managing e-commerce web stores and digital product lines. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Campus Developer at Christian Life Church, launching the first campus and managing weekly services and events. Prior to their current position, they served as a Project Manager at CDS Visual from 2021 to 2022, overseeing the development of a technical software project. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Digital Operations at Home Solutions, starting in 2022.

Scott Pharr, CSM, graduated from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. In November 2020, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
