Home Solutions is a full-service home infusion provider committed to providing care solutions for patients, hospitals and community providers. Our team of dedicated clinicians and staff are committed to providing the highest quality of care in conjunction while promoting process and price efficiencies for our customers. Home Solutions has 12 pharmacies servicing 17 states from Massachusetts to Georgia. We have 4 pharmacies dedicated to servicing NJ, NY, and PA with a comprehensive payer listing for all states. We are fully contracted with every payer in the state of NJ and take Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid Pending Medicare Part D and charity care for all our pharmacy locations. Home Solutions possesses a comprehensive environmental monitoring program to assure a microbially controlled environment to prepare compounded sterile preparations. Home Solutions also possesses a training program to assure that compounding personnel are competent and compliant. This has been confirmed by surveys conducted by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy in conjunction with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) and by out of state Boards of Pharmacy. We consistently exceeded the national average for quality benchmarks and have reported a 97% patient satisfaction score for Q2 2015. Home Solutions currently participates in preferred partnerships with hospitals, strategic home health agencies, and Accountable Care Organizations. We offer programs aimed at offsetting costs to a health system for indigent patients. We have designed and implemented a Site Optimization Program with an Accountable Care Organization that produced a 96% savings to the program over a 6-month period of time. In addition, we are open to exploring financial structures that promote shared responsibility for quality and financial outcomes with our referral partners.
