Jon Dilling

Jon Dilling is an experienced recruitment and business solutions leader with a strong background in talent sourcing and sales. Currently serving as the Head of Business Solutions - Candidate Sourcing at Penna since May 2019, Jon is part of a global recruitment organization under the Adecco Group. Jon's prior roles include Sourcing Lead at Home-Start UK, Family Representative at JGP Resourcing, and Managing Partner at JGP Resourcing, with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction. Additionally, Jon has demonstrated expertise in media sales and regional account management through positions at The MJ Magazine and United Advertising Publications, where responsibilities encompassed strategic revenue generation and overall publishing management. Jon holds a BA Hons in Leisure Marketing from Bournemouth University and completed secondary education at Bournemouth Grammar School.
