Rebecca Rusch

Rebecca Rusch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Treasurer on The Board of Trustees for Home-Start UK since December 2021, Rebecca has also held various managerial positions at Sainsbury's from March 2019 to August 2024, including FP&A Finance Manager for Argos P&L, Finance Manager for FP&A Cash & Balance Sheet, and Finance Manager for Trading. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Deloitte UK from September 2013 to February 2019, progressing from a Financial Services Audit Associate during an industrial placement to an Assistant Manager in Audit for Private Markets. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAS, achieved with full first-time passes, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent.
