Sam Dyer

Sam Dyer is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in portfolio building, investment, and management. Currently serving as a BTL Portfolio Builder at Sam Dyer Investment since August 2015, Sam has successfully sourced over £10 million in property for clients. In addition, Sam holds the position of Network Director at This Is Wealth, fostering a community of business owners and investors in Scotland since March 2023. As a Portfolio Landlord and Investor since October 2014, Sam actively purchases and manages both residential and commercial properties nationwide. Sam's leadership abilities are highlighted in the role of Chairperson for Home-Start UK, with board membership established in February 2018. Further contributions include active membership in the Dunfermline Round Table and past ownership of Dyer & Co Property, a letting agency sold to RentLocally in September 2024. Sam's foundational expertise is supported by a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering & Management from the University of Dundee and multiple qualifications from Propertymark in residential property management and sales.
