Apoorva Shukla has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2012, they started as a Human Resources Assistant - Intern at Skyline and then transitioned to become a Human Resources Administrator, where they were responsible for recruitment and other HR functions. Apoorva joined Paradigm Quest in 2015 and served as a Recruitment Advisor, leading the recruitment and selection process while also handling HR generalist activities. Apoorva later became a People Care & Management Business Partner, providing HR solutions and advising managers on employee relations. Since 2018, Apoorva has been working at Home Trust Company, starting as a Human Resources Business Partner and progressing to roles such as Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management and Director of Organizational Effectiveness and People Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Organizational Transformation and Diversity at Home Trust Company.
Apoorva Shukla has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honors degree in Psychology from York University. Apoorva also has a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. In addition, they completed a program in General Arts and Sciences at Humber College. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in GettingItDone® Intensive from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in May 2019.
