Ashley Fernandes

Ashley Fernandes has extensive experience in the mortgage financing sector, currently serving as a Team Lead at Home Trust Company since March 2014, with responsibilities including ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client regulations, managing mortgage transactions, and providing mentorship to new funders. Prior experience includes working as a Title Officer at FCT, where property title investigations were conducted, and roles as a Secretary for Dr. Joseph Maruqes, and as an Administrative Assistant for the Toronto Catholic District School Board. Ashley holds a Marketing Diploma from Humber College and a Business Major High School Diploma from Dante Alighieri Academy.
