Faisal Sajid

Faisal Sajid is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate lending and credit analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Home Trust Company since August 2021, Faisal assists in managing a portfolio of large commercial real estate deals ranging from $25 million to $75 million. Previously, Faisal held the position of Senior Relationship Officer at Commercial Bank of Dubai, overseeing a portfolio valued at AED 1.1 billion across various sectors, and served as a Credit Analyst at Union National Bank, managing a portfolio worth AED 2.0 billion. Starting as a Management Trainee at National Bank of Pakistan, Faisal progressed to Relationship Manager, focusing on client management and tailored solutions. Early career experience includes working as a Money Market Settlement Officer at Central Depository Company of Pakistan. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting & Finance from the Institute of Business Management, along with a certification in Construction Finance from Columbia University and ongoing CFA studies.
