Lisa Kucman

Lisa Kucman is an experienced Technical Writer and Instructional Designer with a diverse background in documentation and training across various industries. Currently serving at Home Trust Company since December 2017, Lisa specializes in writing software training content and managing documentation processes. Previous roles include positions at RLDatix, Enbridge Gas Distribution, Tyco, Multi-Health Systems Inc., Canadian Standards Association, and others, where Lisa developed user manuals, coordinated documentation projects, and mentored other writers. With an educational foundation that includes a diploma in Technical Communication from Seneca College and a B.Sc. in Nutrition from McGill University, Lisa brings a unique blend of skills in technical writing, instructional design, and project coordination.
