Virginia Castillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and advisory roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Director of RCM Advisory at Home Trust Company since August 2014, Virginia previously held the position of Senior Manager in the Advisory division. Prior experience includes managerial roles at ROI Capital and Corp Banca, where Virginia focused on compliance and reporting. Virginia began their career as a Compliance Analyst at Stanford Bank.
