Winse Lam is a seasoned professional in project and portfolio management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager PMO Governance at Home Trust Company since July 2021, Winse has a rich background that includes positions such as Business Services Consultant at Bayshore HealthCare and Portfolio Assurance & Delivery Manager at Home Trust Company. Prior experience includes significant roles at American Express, where responsibilities encompassed program and project management within the US Insurance and Consumer Card sectors, as well as earlier positions at Amadeus in Asia Pacific and France. Winse holds an International Executive MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
