Andrew Thomas has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as Team Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at home24 SE since July 2018, where previous roles included Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding and Recruiter. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adaptive Business Group from May 2017 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Kulturwirtschaft / International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau (2015-2017) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, German with International Business from the University of Richmond (2009-2013).
