Julien Wagon

Julien Wagon has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Julien began their career as a NMPP in the Technical Office at Spiecapag in 2010. Julien then worked as a Project Manager in Certification & Testing at Zodiac Seats U.S. in 2011 before moving on to Airbus Defence and Space as a Mission Performance Engineer in the European UAV Team in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Transverse Project Manager in the R&T Aircraft and Operations Concept at Airbus. Julien continued their career at Airbus as a Systems Engineer in the Oxygen Systems Design Office in 2014. Julien then joined Ingenics AG as a Consultant in Operational Excellence where they performed improvement projects for clients in the aeronautical industry using Lean Management & Design to Cost methodologies from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Product Manager at Perfect Industry, supporting the conception of a multi-platform software solution. In 2017, they joined Manzaconsulting as a Management Consultant, leading consulting projects for industrial SMEs in France & Germany. Currently, Julien is working at home24 SE, holding various positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Teamlead Customer Experience & Projects, Director Customer Experience & Projects, and Vice President Business Excellence. In these roles, they contribute to achieving superior performance, enhancing customer experience, and coordinating corrective actions to prevent poor post-purchase experience.

Julien Wagon has a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, specializing in system engineering, automatic control, flight dynamics, energetics, and propulsion. Julien also holds an Innovation Management in Aviation & Aerospace Certificate from HEC Paris, focusing on program management, risk management, technology management, financing, and strategy.

Before pursuing higher education, Julien completed foundation courses in Science and Engineering at Lycée Chaptal from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Julien has obtained several certifications.
