Marek Idec

Marek Idec is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in back-end development, IT management, and project management. Since June 2012, Marek has been contributing as a back-end developer at Home24. Prior to this role, Marek worked as a freelancer, designing and implementing web services for Open Source CMS and e-Commerce software from May 2010 to June 2012, and served as IT Manager at Jabil Global Services, overseeing an IT department for a service unit of approximately 500 employees. In previous roles, Marek effectively managed large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including the establishment of IT systems at Rockwell Automation and managed IT operations for Philips Lighting Electronics, supporting thousands of employees and complex systems. Marek holds a Master's degree in electronics from AGH University of Krakow and a postgraduate degree in software engineering from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
