With more than 35 years experience in the building materials industry, including the last 20 years with Delta Faucet Company, Suzanne brings her passion for investing in people to her current role as Sr. Director, National Trade Sales. She has held various positions within the sales organization and currently Suzanne leads a 17-person team that oversees 37 national manufacturer's rep agencies. She is responsible for developing and executing market strategies that meet sales and profit goals; overseeing sales growth plans for strategic national accounts and creating and managing trade programs and policies that drive results for DFC and its customers. Known as a straight shooter, Suzanne freely shares her insights and expertise in the organization as a trusted advisor in policy discussions and long- range planning for the Company, on cross-functional teams, and as a coach and mentor to others. Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Duquesne University and executive education in High-Performance Leadership and Strategic Sales Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Suzanne serves on the board for HomeAid America as well as American Supply Association's Women in Industry division.
