Leanne Nadeau serves as the Vice President of Clinical Implementation and Strategy at Homebase Medical, focusing on strategic leadership in clinical operations and regulatory compliance since September 2023. Prior to this role, Leanne was the Sr. Director of Clinical Practice at Episource LLC, where leadership was provided for health risk assessment initiatives and clinical quality outcomes from September 2017 to September 2023. Leanne's experience includes directing clinical operations at Peak Risk Adjustment Solutions, managing primary care for over 1,500 patients at PROSPECT CHARTERCARE PHYSICIANS LLC, and shaping the educational landscape as an Assistant Professor at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Leanne holds a Master of Health Professions and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Northeastern University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychobiology from Mount Holyoke College.
