Jay Zeschin

Jay Zeschin is a co-founder and CTO at Balance, where they focus on empowering independent workers to manage their finances. With extensive experience in technology leadership, they currently serve as VP of Engineering at Homebot and have a history of roles including Technical Director at Factory Design Labs and CTO at Ello, PBC. Jay is passionate about creating high-trust, employee-centric cultures and has contributed to the startup community as Co-Chair of Developer & Product Tracks for Denver Startup Week. They hold a BS in Computer Science and Psychology from Northwestern University.
