Charlie Coleman

Charlie Coleman is a seasoned executive in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Regional President at Homebound since October 2025. Prior to this role, Charlie held various leadership positions at Lennar and CalAtlantic Group, Inc., both as Division President, and at Meritage Homes, Pulte Home Corporation, and Pulte Homes, Inc. in multiple capacities as Division President across different regions. Charlie's career also includes significant financial management experience at Arthur Andersen, where Charlie advanced from Senior Auditor to Manager of the Enterprise Group, and a role as Controller at U.S. Media Holdings, Inc. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, earned between 1989 and 1993.
