Jenna Sobieray

Jenna Sobieray, PE, is an experienced project manager specializing in civil engineering and infrastructure development. Currently serving as the Project Manager for PreConstruction at Homebound since February 2022, Jenna contributes to innovative tech-enabled homebuilding solutions. Previously, Jenna held positions at the City of Malibu, first as Associate Civil Engineer overseeing capital improvement projects and later as Assistant Engineer focused on land development and construction management. Jenna's earlier experience includes project management roles at MJS Landscape Architecture and RCE Consultants, where involvement spanned multi-family and commercial developments as well as resort and hospitality projects. Jenna began the engineering career at RBF Consulting, contributing to water quality initiatives. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Jenna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering.
