Tom Holland has been a driving force in the business world for over two decades. Tom has a proven track record of success in various industries, including consumer technology, solar energy, and snacks.

Most recently, Holland has been serving as the COO of Homebound, a company that provides services and products to help people age in place. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Century Snacks, LLC, where they oversaw the integration of two family-owned CPG companies. Before their work with Century Snacks, Holland served as the President of Sunrun, a branded consumer technology business. During their time with Sunrun, they led the company's growth 6x to $1.5 billion in contract value sales. Tom also oversaw the transformation of the Sunrun business model from a B2B financing company to a direct to consumer business. In addition, Holland led the acquisition and integration of a direct-to-consumer solar integrator and a digital marketing platform.
