Fabian Debora is an experienced executive and director, currently serving as the Executive Director of Homeboy Art Academy and the Director of Substance Abuse Services and Programming at Homeboy Industries since February 2007. Under the leadership of Fabian Debora, Homeboy Industries has expanded its mental health support services by incorporating specialized substance and domestic violence abuse counselors, group therapy, and psychiatric care to create a safe and supportive environment for clients. Furthermore, since February 2008, Fabian Debora has held the position of Art Director at the Latino Producers Action Network. Fabian Debora obtained a CAADAC degree as a Chemical Dependence Specialist from Inter Coast College between 2008 and 2009.
