Thomas Vozzo

CEO at Homeboy Industries

Thomas Vozzo is currently the CEO of Homeboy Industries. Thomas has held various executive positions at companies such as ARAMARK and Galls. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Vozzo began their career in 1985 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for WearGuard. Thomas then became the President of Galls in 1996 when it was acquired by ARAMARK. Thomas helped transition Galls from a private organization to a business that is now the number one provider of equipment and apparel to those who maintain public safety.

In 2003, Vozzo became the Executive Vice President of ARAMARK. Thomas was a member of the ARAMARK Corporation management committee and provided strategic direction and counsel on behalf of the parent company. During their time at ARAMARK, the corporation transitioned from public to private via a management/private equity led $8 billion buyout.

After their time at ARAMARK, Vozzo became the CEO of Homeboy Industries in 2012. Homeboy Industries is the largest social enterprise in the US that employs and trains formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women.

Thomas Vozzo holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Delaware and an MS in Mathematical Science / Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
