Susan Rousseau

Susan Rousseau is a seasoned DE Underwriter with extensive experience in FHA and Conventional underwriting at HomeBridge Wholesale since August 2012. Competencies include advanced skills in evaluating complex tax returns and handling cases involving multiple businesses and properties, with exposure to Jumbo, 203k, and HomeStyle loans. Prior to this role, Susan worked as an Underwriter for Conventional loans at Icon Residential Lenders from November 2010 to August 2012. Susan is an alumnus of the University of Michigan.
