Pinkesh Patel

Pinkesh Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and therapy services. As the Founder and Executive Director of HomeCare Therapeutics since October 2016, Pinkesh Patel has led the organization in providing essential therapy services across New Jersey, focusing on natural settings and supporting over 200 individuals through the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Prior to this role, Pinkesh Patel served as Assistant Vice President of Recruiting and Operations at New York Technology Partners from February 2017 to September 2023, overseeing full-cycle technical recruiting and conducting induction training.
