Dan Noonan

Dan Noonan is an experienced business development executive currently at HMC Capital since March 2021. Prior to this role, Dan served as Associate Director and Executive for Large Format Retail Leasing at Colliers International from August 2015 to March 2021, having also held the position of Manager. Dan's career began at Fitzroys Pty Ltd as a Leasing Executive from January 2013 to July 2015, where a strong skill base and extensive knowledge of retail property leasing were developed. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Property & Valuations) from RMIT University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
