Sandra Francis

Sandra Francis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in reputable organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at HMC Capital since March 2022, Sandra previously held the position of Head of People and Culture at Aventus Group from October 2017 to March 2022. Prior to that, Sandra was the HR Director at Avanade and the Head of HR for the Asia-Pacific region at Ashurst, where responsibilities included managing HR operations across Australia and Asia within a professional services context. With a foundational role at IBM from July 2000 to June 2012, Sandra's extensive expertise included serving as HR Executive for Australia and New Zealand and overseeing diversity and workforce programs.
