Miami Dade and Broward counties in the state of Florida have required a 40-year re-certification on certain structures, and every 10 years thereafter, for quite some time. Now this re-certification requirement has been changed to every 30-years, 25-years if within 3 miles of a coastline, with follow-ups every 10 years thereafter. And by the end of 2024, it will pertain to certain structures within the entire state of Florida. Our inspection professionals have been in the industry for decades, are ICC, AWS, ASNT, ACI, API & NCEES certified, and customer service is always our top priority!
