Shuk Ting Candy Cheng

Shuk Ting (Candy) Cheng has worked in the legal field since 2006. Shuk Ting (Candy) began their career as a Trainee Solicitor and was later retained as an Assistant Solicitor at Messrs. Tsang, Chan & Wong, a well-regarded law firm representing major banks and financial institutions. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at the Intellectual Property Department of the Hong Kong Government as an Ag. Senior Solicitor (equivalent to Senior Counsel) and a Solicitor (equivalent to Counsel). Most recently, they have been working as Legal Counsel at HomeCourt (NEX Team) since 2017.

Shuk Ting (Candy) Cheng obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law, Science & Technology from Stanford Law School in 2015. Shuk Ting (Candy) obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The University of Hong Kong in 2006, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (equivalent to J.D.) from The University of Hong Kong in 2005, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) from The University of Hong Kong in 2004. Shuk Ting (Candy) also became an Active Member of the State Bar of California in December 2015 and a Solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong in December 2008.
