Thomas Jueng

Thomas (Seungpill) Jueng is an experienced investor and managing director with a robust portfolio in various technology sectors. Currently, Thomas is involved with Lumotive, QC Ware Corp., Nex Inc., and Jitterbit, focusing on innovative technologies including next-generation Lidar, quantum algorithms, and integrated platforms. As managing director at Samsung Ventures America since March 2018, Thomas oversees multi-stage deals and investment strategy in fields such as big data, AI, and IoT. Previous significant roles include investment director and board observer for various firms, with notable contributions to successful ventures like DocuSign and Vicarious. Thomas holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, supplemented by executive education at Columbia Business School.
