Falko Pleß

Falko Pleß has a diverse work experience. Falko is currently working as the Head of People Operations at Homeday GmbH since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of People at Cosuno from September 2021 to March 2022. From July 2018 to August 2021, Falko worked as the Head of HR at OptioPay Group. Falko also worked as a Senior Consultant at GULP Solution Services GmbH & Co. KG from January 2018 to June 2018. Falko's previous experiences include being a Manager for IT Recruitment Services at FERCHAU Engineering from February 2016 to December 2017 and an HR Consultant at auteega GmbH from April 2015 to February 2016. Falko also gained work experience as part of their student assistant role at BTU Cottbus, an intern at Bosch Communication Center, and an intern in Entrepreneurship at GoHiring GmbH.

Falko Pleß completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Brandenburg University of Technology from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration from the same university, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, Falko took part in a study abroad program at Siam University, where they obtained an International MBA in Business Administration and General Management.
