Anthony Hayden

Anthony Hayden has held several positions in the legal field since 2001. Anthony began their career as an Associate Attorney at Echevarria & Associates, where they managed a large portfolio of residential mortgage foreclosure actions and represented secured creditors in Florida bankruptcy courts. Anthony then moved to Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway, Gibbons, Lash & Wilcox, PA, where they conducted extensive legal research and wrote memorandums of law, drafted demand letters, complaints, answers, and various instruments of discovery, and developed a practice area for representing consumers asserting their rights under the FDCPA, FCCPA and FCRA against debt collectors.

In 2012, Anthony took on the role of A.V.P., Business Control Manager at Bank of America, where they supervised, coordinated, and provided legal support on a broad range of matters impacting the Mortgage Resolution Team. Anthony then moved to Taylor Hayden, PLLC, where they served as a Shareholder and Attorney, co-founding a boutique firm with a practice focused on general civil litigation, creditor rights, and real estate matters.

In 2015, Anthony became the General Counsel at Nicholas Financial Inc., a publicly traded finance company with 60+ branches across 18 states. Anthony was responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and drafting NDAs, vendor contracts, software licenses, commercial leases, and other documents impacting the company.

Most recently, Anthony has been the General Counsel and Operations Manager at Homee since 2018. Homee is the leading technology platform for connecting insurers, policyholders, and skilled service providers in the claims process. Anthony is responsible for assessing corporate governance practices and collaborating with outside counsel to strengthen the company's documentation and corporate processes.

Anthony Hayden obtained a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2001, having studied Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky in 1998, having studied Political Science and Business. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Consumer Credit Compliance Professional certification from the National Automotive Finance Association.
