Martha Ducharme MBA, CPCU, ARM, AIM, AIC, AIS, AIT, AIDA has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Martha Ducharme began their career in 1993 at Auto-Owners Insurance as a Claims Branch Manager, where they held various positions within the claims department. In 2006, they moved to Marshall & Swift/Boeckh as an Analytics Account Manager, where they reviewed best practices and business processes to evaluate the effectiveness of a single entity to an entire organization. In 2012, Martha moved to Symbility Solutions as an Analytics Account Manager. In 2018, they joined CoreLogic as a Sr. Professional, Technical Product Consultation and Sr Professional, Client Analytics Services. Most recently, in 2022, they joined HOMEE, Inc. as a Senior Carrier Account Manager.

Martha Ducharme holds a Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University in Insurance, a Masters from Capella University in Business Administration, and certifications from the Insurance Institute of America in CPCU, ARM, AIM, AIC, AIS, AIT, AIDA. Additionally, they hold a CPCU in Good Standing from The Institutes, obtained in October 2017.
