Mary Olander

VP of Operations and Process Transformation at HOMEE

Mary Olander has been working in the technology industry since 1982. Mary began their career at Emerson Electric Co. as a Production Control in 1982. In 1983, they joined Paul Brennan & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant/Software Developer. In 1988, they joined Oakwood Systems Group, Inc. as a Consultant, where they managed consulting engagements and developed custom software solutions. Mary then moved up to the role of Director of Management Consulting & Business Excelleration in 2000, where they led the evolution and growth of the Management Consulting business unit. In 2019, they joined HOMEE, Inc. as VP of Operations and Process Transformation, Strategic Partnerships, and VP of Markets/Market Operations. In their most recent role, Mary is responsible for the technology roadmap needed to achieve HOMEE’s strategic business goals, building and maintaining vendor and industry relationships, budget and resource management, and conducting workshops.

Mary Olander received their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in 2011. In 2018, they attended the SIM Executive Leadership Forum. Mary also holds a BA in Applied Behaviorial Science from National Louis University.
