Aurore Saint-Maurice has extensive experience in CRM and customer service roles. In 2009, they worked as a PR communication assistant at Hôtel de Crillon. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a product manager assistant at Chantal Thomass. In 2011, they joined CHANEL as a makeup and skincare category manager assistant for Europe. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of CRM project manager for Europe at CHANEL, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they joined Sushi Shop as the head of CRM and customer service from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the CRM director at Voyage Privé. Currently, Aurore is the head of CRM at HomeExchange, starting in 2022.

Aurore Saint-Maurice completed their Bachelor's degree at Lycée Champollion from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing at KEDGE Business School between 2007 and 2011. In 2010, they also attended Universidade Catolica Portuguesa for a Master's degree focusing on Marketing and Strategy.
